MARK KOCHINSKI is an award-winning filmmaker, artist and visual effects supervisor. 

Mark is one of the pioneers of the digital effects revolution beginning with his work on the ground-breaking television series Babylon 5

He has been instrumental in the formation and growth of several major visual effects companies over the years, including  Foundation Imaging, Encore, Digital Muse, Radical 3D and The Asylum. 

His work spans television, commercials, music videos and feature films. Companies worked at include Disney/Pixar, Dreamworks, Rhythm & Hues, Digital Domain, and Sony/Columbia Pictures.

In addition, Mark created and managed the Extreme Filmmaker 48 Hour Film Festival from 2002 to 2009, a film festival promoting short films and providing a venue for them.  The festival played annually at the Arclight Theater in Hollywood to sold out crowds.

Over the years, Mark’s work has been honored with Emmy, Monitor and Telly awards.
